Welcome to [https://cutoff.dev](https://cutoff.dev), operated by Tylium SRL (“Tylium,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of
Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including its documentation, blog, subscription
services, and community features. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the
site.

## 2. Use of the Website

- **Permitted Use**: You may browse the site, read documentation, access the blog, manage subscriptions, and engage with
our community (e.g., Discord, GitHub) for personal or professional purposes related to Cutoff. Search engines, large
language models (LLMs), and similar indexing services are expressly permitted to access, crawl, and index our content,
including via our `/llms.txt` resource, which provides structured links to documentation in machine-readable formats.
- **Prohibited Use**: Don’t:
    - Engage in malicious hacking or attempts to disrupt site operations.
    - Scrape content in ways that overload or harm our infrastructure.
    - Use the site for illegal activities.
    - Impersonate others or misuse accounts.
- **Software Use**: The Cutoff framework is governed by the Tylium Evolutive License Framework (TELF) License Agreement,
not these Terms. See [our license](/legal/license/agreement) for details.

## 3. Subscriptions

- **Management**: Subscriptions for Cutoff’s commercial license are managed via Clerk and billed through Stripe on
  `cutoff.dev`.
- **Terms**: Subscription tiers, renewals, and usage rights are detailed in the TELF License Agreement (Section 3).
Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our [Refund Policy](/legal/refund).
- **Account**: You’re responsible for keeping your Clerk account secure. Notify us
  at [legal@tylium.io](mailto:legal@tylium.io) if it’s compromised.

- **Moderation**: We can remove content or ban users for violations, at our discretion.

## 5. Intellectual Property

- **Site Content**: Documentation, blog posts, and site design are owned by Tylium. Use them only as permitted here or
under the TELF License for Cutoff-related content.
- **Trademarks**: “Tylium,” “Cutoff,” and related marks are ours—don’t misuse them (see TELF License Section 4.1).
- **Your Content**: You retain rights to what you post (e.g., GitHub issues), but grant us a license to use it for
  support/community purposes.

## 6. Disclaimer

- **As-Is**: The website is provided “as-is” without warranties, express or implied (e.g., no guarantee it’s always up
  or error-free).
- **No Liability**: Tylium isn’t liable for damages from site use (e.g., downtime, data loss), except where law
prohibits this (e.g., gross negligence). See TELF License Section 8 for software-specific warranties.

## 7. Termination
